About Sarah
I’m a former ballet dancer who first turned to Pilates to prevent and rehabilitate injuries, and I’ve been hooked ever since. I became certified in Pilates mat and apparatus in 2008 here in New York City. Over the years I’ve worn many hats, mother of two, events and marketing professional, but Pilates has always been my way back to feeling grounded, strong, and balanced. I’m excited to share that strength with you and help you discover what Pilates can bring to your life, on and off the mat.
