About Akshay
I have worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Service line of a Big 4 Firm and have 5+ years of experience in the construction industry as a Finance Manager. I have always remained inclined to bring about a positive difference in the lives of whoever I meet or interact with. And the only way I know how is by a result-driven approach to career and skill building, tailored to meet your individual goals.
My previous association with teaching per se, has been through teaching spoken and written English at an NGO for 2 years to help financially underprivileged blind students in appearing for government competitive exams and facing one-to-one interviews to secure a job prospect.

My working methodology is as follows:
1. Resume: We run through your resume and understand your career objectives. I encourage an honest-to-self discussion from you as this speaks volumes about who you are & what you want to achieve.
2. Goal setting: I help write down your career expectations in the immediate, short, medium & long term. This helps to visualize your goals into visible targets.
3. Performance: Against each metric, we assess your progress and difficulties, approaching them one by one along the way and finding the best way out.
4. Results: You view your progress for yourself in real time, and decide if the investment in time, effort and was worth it, and worth continuing further.
Note: It's perfectly okay if you haven't prepared your Resume yet. We build that along the way too.
