About the lesson

It will be personal coaching working on the basics of boxing and Kickboxing and also advance sessions including warm up exercises, mitts sessions, shadow boxing , stretching, different routines, combos , efence techniques, exercises to strengthen muscle and so on. It will 10 sessions In a month and within these sessions itself you will learn alot about the form of martial arts I.e. boxing/ Kickboxing. You could also train as under a HIIT module. You will get the hang of the vibe. Or you could continue practice if you are already on the advance level. I speak and understand Hindi and English.
