About Waldemar
For seven years I have been advising on the spot (in the gym), online (via Skype, Whatsapp etc.) and in personal discussions. During this time, I coached 52 students from young to old. The women had a weight loss of 8-27kg and the men a decrease in body fat and a significant increase in muscle mass.
