About David
I have been training since I was 12 years old, learning a lot throughout that journey. It has always been my dream since I was little to have a good physique, and it is from that age that I started; first I started at that age with my own body weight learning diet things and I had many failures and falls, then when I was 15 years old I went to the gym where I also learned a lot; And now at 20 I can say that I have learned a lot from everything that I have steeped in knowledge regarding fitness, to achieve your goals, I think it is something simple, and that everyone should achieve.
