About Stephen
My name is Steev, and I’m deeply passionate about helping people take charge of their health, fitness, and overall wellness. For me, fitness is more than just physical activity—it’s a conscious decision and a lifestyle. I believe true wellness starts from within, especially with the gut, which plays a critical role in how we feel, function, and even look. I want to teach you because I understand how overwhelming it can be to navigate wellness trends and conflicting information. My goal is to guide you with practical, sustainable strategies—starting with proper nutrition and feeding patterns—while also helping you incorporate the right exercises that complement your journey.
