About Stephen
My name is Steev, and I’m deeply passionate about helping people take charge of their health, fitness, and overall wellness. For me, fitness is more than just physical activity—it’s a conscious decision and a lifestyle. I believe true wellness starts from within, especially with the gut, which plays a critical role in how we feel, function, and even look.
