About Cemşah (Jem)
I am a Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Gym Instructor, Circuit Trainer and more...
I have had a passion for basketball for almost 10 years and as an ex sport and basketball student, I have coached and trained Junior Level players whilst also working 1:1 with many others.
After an injury eliminated my chances of playing pro ball, I have participated in many basketball camps and Played for teams in Southwest basketball leagues as a hobby over the last several years.
Due to my experience and qualifications I can ensure maximum professionalism during my service.

I teach correct and concise skills at your own pace in a relaxed environment. I take a very friendly yet committed approach to training you to be the best basketball player you can be.
I apply my own tested methods of teaching fundamental basketball skills plus the knowledge I gained while being 1:1 trained by British and American professional basketball players.
My lessons usually start with a short evaluation of your abilities to allow me to navigate the session for your personal level. However, lessons can be solely specific to an area of your game you want to develop. Whether that's improving Strength & Conditioning or sharpening your skills for game day, I'm here to give you your moneys worth.
