Classes are tailored to each student's level, and can be in pairs or even trios depending on the location. Classes are held in open spaces or with ample room, with a maximum of 12 people.
A class lasts up to one hour, with important parts: stretching, warm-up, main workout, and cool-down.
I am a Level 2 certified trainer with several specialized courses such as: Pregnancy and Postpartum, Dumbbells, Running, and Adaptation for Beginners.
