About Jadin
I am 20 years old and I genuinely have a passion for the fitness industry. I am determined to help others live a healthier life that involves fitness and improve their overall physique to develop self confidence. I myself is quite active and enjoys playing football, rugby and I do strength training as well. I believe one can live a balanced lifestyle by being fit and enjoy their social life without having to worry about falling short when it comes to staying healthy and being fit.
