About Suzan
As a mother of two, I understand the challenges of balancing parenthood and fitness. That's why I started my journey over 5 years ago, and I haven't looked back since. I'm a fully certified personal trainer, and it's my passion to empower people to reach their fitness goals.
My approach is making permanent changes, not temporary ones. The type of lesson depends on the goal of the client. The typical length of each session is 1hr. My passion is to help clients with their confidence and look at fitness as a part of life, rather than a chore.

Fitness sessions should be created for each individual to understand their wants and needs. My sessions are an hour long and the programs are tailored to clients and their goals.
I also have the option for private support for any questions and answers during the day.
