My teaching methodology is to understand what my client's capabilities both physically and mentally. Then to help each individual to reach and achieve their goals – coaching them in technique and quality of movement.
My clients stay with me as they enjoy the workout programs I deliver at each session. They can also see that I believe in what I teach and that I am walking testimony to hard work and healthy eating plans that will pay off over time. I am encouraging during sessions and focus on my clients’ strengths, helping to correct any imbalances, while keeping in mind their dignity and well-being.
For my clients to see great results, I do encourage they firstly find an activity that gets them moving, which they enjoy and then can stick to 3-4 times per week.
Nutrition will also play a key role. I will encourage them to assess their eating habits and choices. Gradually making small, achievable nutritional changes, along side a varied training program, is the sure-fire way forward, to get results.

How do I get results with my clients?

I will only travel up to 5 miles from my home to train clients on their premises. They must have ample parking and pets much be secured away from the training Session. Evening Sessions there must be good lighting if training in a garden.
