About Gabriel

Personalised Fitness Coaching for Every Body

Whether your goal is improving your fitness, building strength, losing weight, increasing mobility, learning boxing fundamentals, or simply leading a healthier lifestyle, I provide personalised coaching tailored to your individual needs, abilities, and goals.

With nearly 40 years of experience across a variety of sports and more than 30 years dedicated to boxing, I have spent over 20 years coaching and supporting people on their fitness journey. My approach combines evidence-based training with practical experience to help you achieve lasting results safely and confidently.

My boxing education began in the renowned boxing gyms of Buenos Aires, Argentina, where I trained under former Olympic, Pan-American, South American, and Argentine champions. This strong technical foundation continues to shape my coaching style, which emphasises correct movement, discipline, consistency, and personal development.

As a qualified Personal Trainer, Level 1 Boxing Coach, and Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist, I take a holistic approach to health and fitness. Alongside personalised exercise programmes, I can support your recovery, mobility, flexibility, injury prevention, and body awareness, helping you move better, recover effectively, and stay active for the long term.

I welcome adults of all fitness levels, from complete beginners to those looking to improve their performance. I also have experience supporting individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), creating a patient, inclusive, and encouraging environment where everyone can train with confidence.

I offer mobile one-to-one and small group personal training across London, as well as coaching in both English and Spanish.

I offer one-to-one personal training and small group sessions (2–5 people), ensuring every client receives individual guidance, technique correction and continuous support throughout each session.

A Holistic Approach

As a qualified Personal Trainer, Level 1 Boxing Coach and Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist, I can also support your:

Recovery and post-exercise stretching

Passive stretching and basic sports massage techniques can be incorporated into sessions when appropriate or upon request.

60-minute session: £60

Small Group Training (2–5 People)

Train with friends, family, colleagues or your partner and enjoy personalised coaching at a reduced shared rate. Small group sessions are a fun, motivating and cost-effective way to achieve your fitness goals together while still receiving individual guidance and coaching.

60-minute Group Sessions

2 people: £90 total (£45 per person)
3 people: £120 total (£40 per person)
4 people: £140 total (£35 per person)
5 people: £160 total (£32 per person)
