About Carolina
Personal trainer with 6 years of experience. Since 2012 I started to have an interest in physical conditioning, I started going to the gym and I realized the importance of physical activity on a daily basis.
I started studying to be a coach and specialized in physical conditioning, strength, combat sports, stretching and nutrition.
Since 2015 I have worked in different gyms and giving private jiujitsu classes, training and stretching.
I have the ability to create routines for strength, endurance, coordination, weight loss, cardio, hypertrophy, among many others.

On your first day with me, we set the real goals you want to reach and draw up a work methodology, how many days you want to train and what kind of training you like.
I design a free training plan adapted to your ability, your condition, the material you have to work with or without equipment, always taking into account your limitations, if you have them. This plan will be adjusted as the days go by, to always meet the goals we have.
Your program includes strength or resistance work on the upper and lower body (chest, shoulder, legs, gluteus, triceps, biceps, shoulders, etc), an aerobic part and stretching.
According to your goals there are specific exercises for each sport.
I also have nutritional knowledge to help you improve your performance, increase muscle mass and even lose weight.
In this way, on the days you choose to train, you will do it with routines that I send you to do at home, outdoors or in a gym, and when you request to see us in a virtual session or in person, we will do the routine that you have to do, together, having fun. and demanding a little more,
The design of the program is free as long as we have sessions at least 3 times a week. If you simply want me to send you a training routine, we agree on prices and work with another methodology.
