About Yeray
Currently working at Energie Fitness Borough and Un1t Southwark.
I love and I am passionate about the below:
- Sports: every sport it’s been shown to me as a way of enjoyment and having fun.
- Goal achievement: I want to get the most from the people that I coach. Physically and mentally.
- Conditioning and injury detail: it’s very important for me to know what we are doing at every moment, explaining to the clients the reasons for the things that are being done and why it is helpful for us.
Paying attention to pain and injury detail we can know more about the body and how to improve the exercise to make it accurate and optimistic.
- Socialising: I just enjoy being around people and creating new connections.
- New knowledge: learning from expressions with new customers.
