I have a degree in Sports Science and a Master in Physical Education Teaching from the University of Lisbon (FMH). I am currently an exercise technician at GOfit Campo Grande since September 2018, when I finished the internship. As a technician I perform assessments in the fitness room and teach group classes. My specialty is in training programs aimed at weight loss and maintenance. At school I teach EF to students from the 1st cycle to secondary school.
