About Matteo
I am a Personal Trainer graduated from the ITALIAN PERSONAL TRAINER ACADEMY. The diploma is issued upon certification by CONI. I received a very thorough education both on the scientific part of the human body and training, and on the practical and technical part. This knowledge allows me to create specific training sessions for the student, based on the objectives and gradual physical characteristics. I have been doing sport all my life and I know well the commitment, encouragement and motivation to be transmitted to bring home optimal results.

My methodology is simple but well organized. I want to take into account both the physical and the emotional sphere. This is why I want the atmosphere during the lesson to be pleasant, serene, fun and comfortable: I love to mix motivational encouragement both before and during the exercise, and moments of knowledge and friendship to always put us at ease. For the technical part I want to know the goals, the athletic and health condition of my student (which can be shared through this site or my private email) before lesson 1, so as to create a personalized training schedule and effective in achieving the objectives. Obviously the workouts will increase in intensity according to the physical progress of the student.
