About Darrien
I have played multiple sports (soccer, cricket, athletics) at provincial level and I am currently playing soccer and pursuing a career in it at the semi professional level.
I have been overseas for soccer and I have adopted many different training methodologies over the years, not just only in soccer, but in sports performance, body building, and overall health preservation and longevity.
I would love to share my passion for fitness with as many people as possible by helping them achieve their dreams and goals just as I am doing with mine.
