With over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people move, lift & perform at their highest level. As a drug-free bodybuilding competitor, I understand the discipline behind long-term progress — & as a former competitive runner now stepping into the world of ultramarathons, I know what it takes to push limits. I offer personalised coaching designed to help you build strength, improve running performance & become more capable, well-rounded. Whether you're a complete beginner or already training, every session is tailored to your current level, goals, and lifestyle.
With over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer & a background in drug-free bodybuilding & competitive running, I combine proven strength training methods with endurance-focused programming to deliver real, long-term results.
Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes & can focus on strength training, running technique, conditioning, or a combination of all three. I prioritise proper technique, progressive overload & sustainable progression to keep you improving while staying injury-free.
I work with individuals looking to build muscle, lose fat, improve fitness, or prepare for events such as races or endurance challenges.

Matt is an amazing personal trainer, he listens and motivates you, he’s a great role model with some of the challenges he faces and aspires me to push myself, I have been training with Matt for 5+ years and i’ve never been bored of my workouts, there always challenging and motivational, he’s always on the end of the phone when I need advise or a push. Matt is a great trainer, I have been with him for a while and he has helped me reach new personal bests I never thought I would be able to reach, he tailors my work outs to me and answers any questions I might have, whenever I ask what part an exercise works or where I should be feeling it to make sure I am hitting it correctly, he alway answers and doesn’t make me feel stupid for asking. Highly recommend him.
