I base my classes on what the individual is looking to achieve. I can design a programme based around your specific goals and help and encourage you to work towards that. I am also currently completing a nutrition course so I can assist you in that area too.
I have been into fitness my entire life and am a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer. I want to offer my services of training one to one with individuals who are looking to get fitter, gain more confidence, lose those extra pounds, or simply help you get through lockdown.
I am offering face-to-face sessions in a private, outdoor environment or via webcam.

Ellie gave tennis lessons to our teenage daughter, after being recommended by a friend. She was patient and encouraging. Great to have a female coach and to see the massive improvement in the serve and backhand. Following this I signed up for PT sessions as I was impressed with Ellie's explanations and obvious enthusiam. I cannot recommend her highly enough - didnt let me give up but was not condescending or a bully.
