I can help with any support needed with revision, any exercises, creating a workout plan or confidence at the gym and give tips on nutrition! I currently teach Pole Fitness and am qualified as a Level 2 Personal Trainer and a Pole Fitness Instructor.

Depending on what you would like to be taught I will cater for your needs! If you need help with some exercises in the gym I will either send a video online explaining how to do an exercise or I will come to your gym/home and teach you the exercise; dependant on where you live and costs of the gym.
