I have been a personal trainer for over a year, previously training over 20 clients in total, helping them achieve their ideal aesthetic or purpose. The majority having a wide range of goals, weight loss, muscle building, toning, and increasing strength. Tailoring sessions and plans for each individual. Due to my basketball background, I've experienced multiple kinds of different training plans for strength, muscle building, and toning.
I have a BSC in Sport & exercise science and specialise in anatomy and physiology in particular, which has greatly enhanced my knowledge of physical exercise, lifestyle, and nutrition. My expertise also includes sport psychology and the effects and methods for effectively achieving desired results. I like to meet before starting any training to get to know you, your desired goals, your schedule, eating habits, lifestyle, etc. This way I can create a plan for you which can be adjusted depending on your wants and needs. I'll explain and demonstrate exercises and techniques before performing them throughout the session, moving through the exercises at the pace suitable for you and your needs. I'll follow up, review and track your progress. The diet plan, I'll suggest will depend on your goals and dietary requirements.

Justin is a very good trainer with great knowledge and patience. He has been instrumental in my development both on the court and in the gym.
In terms of basketball he has helped enhance my shooting form and technique. He has also improved my handling and overall technique. What makes him highly recommended is the attention to detail in his teaching. He takes his time and breaks down the most complex movements into smaller movements that can easily be replicated and mastered.
In the gym his gym plan was tailored to my body type and goals. My strength, stamina and explosive power have increased dramatically. He has helped push me to heights I thought were previously unattainable all whilst be patient and making me feel comfortable and confident in the exercises I am doing.
Overall he is a great motivator with excellent knowledge. If you want to get better at basketball or simply just be better in the gym he is the right man for you.
As both a basketball coach and personal trainer, Justin's contribution to helping me become a starter for my University team can't be understated. He created a program around my studies for both basketball and weight lifting with a nutrition plan best suited to the best playing weight for me. During our sessions, he helped me grasp skills and didn't let me give up and reminded me of what I was trying to achieve. Anyone who wants to improve should work with Justin.
Justin helped me achieve my desired results in the time I wanted. He was professional, understanding and took the time to explain each exercise, the technique, what muscles we're working and why.
