About Angela Vittorio
Do you want to lose weight? Do you want some iron abs? Do you want your legs to be slimmer? Do you want more muscular arms? If you want to reach a goal, but training is hard, don't worry! Here I am! My name is Angela, class of '95, student of the faculty of physical education, previous experience in the weight room of 2 years. My methodology is based on a careful evaluation of the subject. I can give simple dietary advice so that the work carried out continues even at the table. My training techniques are aerobic and anaerobic. I propose exercises taken from yoga and artistic gymnastics to improve joint flexibility and mobility; to improve muscle tone I propose calisthenics exercises (isometries), if you have little time I can prescribe HIIT training cards lasting 10/30 minutes according to your needs; if you want to train with me you can do it and I will be happy to follow you on this path! Together we will decide the best path to take and we will establish our goals month by month!
