About Conor
I have always wanted to help people achieve there fitness goals, it gives a sense of joy knowing that I have helped someone achieve something they once thought impossible.
Many people don't know where to start when it comes to their fitness and there are so many pieces of information out there that might not apply to you and what your are trying to achieve, that's where I come in, not only will I take away the stress of trying to figure out what to do, I will also be there to keep you motivated and on track throughout.

I have a level 2 qualification as a fitness coach and a level3 qualification in Personal Training.
A typical lesson can take up to 30 minutes with 15 minutes being the minimum, through this we will talk about certain goals, how you want to achieve these goals and how a bespoke plan can benefit you.
My sessions are not targeted for a specific age, gender or body type as everyone's goals and ambitions are different from one another.
