About Mona
My name is Mona Grobbelaar
I am 58 years old.
I have a Bachelors degree in Trauma Counseling that includes self harm, women abuse and PTSD.
Normally the core in a weightloss struggle stems from unresolved inner pain.
This is where I combine a training program, nutritional needs and counseling to find the best you that you can be.
