Hi! I’m a practicing Dental Surgeon with a strong passion for health, fitness, and education. Alongside my career in dentistry, I’ve been consistently training in the gym for over 6 years, gaining practical experience in fat loss, strength training, body recomposition, and building sustainable fitness habits. My medical background helps me understand the human body, while my personal fitness journey has taught me what truly works beyond fad diets and quick fixes. I enjoy sharing my knowledge because I know how confusing fitness can be when you’re starting out. My goal is to help clients achieve their fitness goals safely, effectively, and with confidence through personalized guidance, motivation, and evidence-based training principles.
