About Ali
Ali is a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy holder since 2015. Since then he has immigrated to Canada and worked in multiple positions that focus on delivering results, leadership, and training. Also, Ali received his CanFitPro certificate back in 2017 which helped in designing workouts at different levels.
His goal is to make sure that his students exercise safely and gain back their confidence to exercise in either their local gym or at home.
One of Ali's unique skills is he is the ability to work around previous injuries and help his students get over these challenges safely and able them reach their goals.

I believe that every individual is unique and my job is to solve the puzzle that will work for every student. My methods are backed up by evidence-based and my background in rehabilitation.
I have the ability to modify exercises on the go to prevent discomfort or cause harm to the body.
I offer 1 on 1 session either online or in-person ( Hamilton, Oakville, Burlington, Brantford, Grimsby, St. Catharines)
One of the main reasons I do what I do is that there is nothing that makes me happier than witnessing my students reaching their goals
