My approach is: simplicity is key. Doing the basics right leads to results. Too many trainers try to look fancy, throw exercises at their clients with no real reason for that. I do things with meaning & purpose - without these 2 things, it doesn’t become personal training - it’s generic training. I am about keeping it personal, focusing on the client, as an individual, with needs - that I will 100% devote my time, knowledge & training to.
Background in training clients with all needs; fat loss muscle gain, worked in person, & online! I’m a strength & conditioning coach also, so have worked in football, rugby, hockey & tennis. I have worked with many people to fulfil their needs!
