About Jessica
With over eleven years of experience in personal training and six years as a yoga instructor, I’ve developed a well-rounded approach that supports clients at every stage of their wellness journey. I am certified in mobility, flexibility, strength training, endurance, calisthenics, therapeutics, and sports conditioning. My specialties include exercise modifications and fitness modalities for individuals with chronic health histories (including physical and autoimmune considerations), as well as specialized pre- and post-natal exercise design and athletic performance enhancement.
Whether you're just starting out or looking to elevate your current routine, I'm here to guide you every step of the way. Through personalized remote 1‑on‑1 training, each session is tailored to align with your unique goals, schedule, and desired movement experience.
