About Colette
First of all I'm a mum of two lovely (and very lively!) boys. I started escaping to the gym just to get a breather from the kids and a bit of headspace at first. I had no idea what I was doing and definitely didn't venture into the (scary!) weights section. Roll on a few years and I fell in love with fitness (and my body!). I'm now a qualified personal trainer and know exactly what it takes to get fit and strong. I get just how hard it is to fit exercise in around the demands of family life and I am here to hold your hand and make it happen! Drop me a message and let's get started. x
