About Zara
Hi, I'm Zara and I am a qualified chef, currently based in Central Cardiff . I have been professionally cooking since I was 15 and I am confident that if I can do it, you can too :) We can talk about ingredients and recipes, along with all the basics of techniques, sauces and stocks, we can also dive into butchery and seafood ! One thing I love about cooking is knowledge. I can show you how to look after your equipment and provide all answers to the questions you're afraid to ask :)
I also provide catering if you are looking for someone for events and small parties. Along with home food preparation for meals planners or tricky diets :)

Perfect! Zara has been giving cooking lessons to our teenage boy. She is an excellent teacher, very patient and creative. She makes sure that the fundamentals are understood, in particular safety, which shows how professional she is. Zara is also very kind, and it is always a pleasure to see her.
Perfect! Zara is an amazing cook both in taste and efficiency, whipping up great meals for the week for my meal prep. Would highly recommened.

Zara is an insanely talented cook. Her instructions are always extremely clear and thorough, with a deep insight behind each recipe. We've certainly never struggled with communication. Highly recommend.
She’s one of the most hardworking people I know, she’s focused and had gotten herself so far in a short amount of time.
Easily one of the most hard working, passionate & genuine people I've ever met - Zara has an insatiable drive to both be the best at what she loves to do whilst also being sincere, supportive and a fabulous listener. She's reliable, trust-worthy and everything in between but just so happens to be a Chef with massive career-goals in mind!
These sit really nicely with providing Cooking lessons along the way as I'm positive you'll learn a LOT and she'll love being able to share what she's learnt & get to know other people's stories too. Definitely worth giving it a shot if you're interested, as I'm sure she'll be fully-booked and too busy in no time.Zara is an amazing cook, having worked up to being able to be a head chef at just 19. She is very patient, helpful and knowledgable over many techniques and recipes. You can’t go wrong getting lessons, advice or more from her.
