About Mackenzie
My name is Mackenzie and I am twenty-one years of age. I live in a little town called Marton in New Zealand. I live on a lifestyle block currently with plenty of animals around!
Something I not only enjoyed, but had great success in at school, was English. Somehow I even managed to score a trophy for it! You can imagine how happy that made me feel inside! So now I cherish the opportunity to share what I can with others, and I hope that they can pass on the knowledge later too!

I would like my student to explain to me what they think they need to ultimately work on first and foremost. For example, there might be room to improve in multiple areas, but handwriting could be the biggest struggle overall. So we will give this area proper attention from the beginning.
I strongly believe that communication and commendation are key parts of a successful learning journey. I want young people to feel good about themselves and their work. Also, no one child learns the same.
