About Minsuk
I’m a professional violinist and violist with over a decade of experience performing and teaching. I’ve performed in a wide range of orchestral, chamber and professional settings, both in the UK and internationally.
I understand that we all have busy lives, so there’s no need to feel pressured if you have very little time to practise between lessons. We can work with the time you have and make the most of it:)
Having recently returned to playing myself after taking a break, I understand that getting back into music isn’t always about practising for hours every day. Sometimes it’s simply about finding the enjoyment in playing again and having something that’s yours.
I want lessons to feel relaxed, encouraging and enjoyable, while still helping you make progress towards whatever you’d like to achieve.
Just for a side note: I am DBS checked! :)

Whether you’re a complete beginner, returning to music after a few years, or simply looking for something enjoyable and creative to do, lessons can be tailored around your interests, goals and experience.
With over a decade of experience performing and teaching, my aim is to make lessons relaxed, enjoyable and encouraging, while helping you build confidence and develop your musical skills.
Violin, Viola and Piano lessons are available, with music theory naturally incorporated into lessons whenever it’s helpful. :)
Everyone learns differently, and there’s no pressure to follow a particular path. Whether you’ve always wanted to learn an instrument, want to get back into music after a break, or simply want to develop a new skill, we can work at a pace that suits you!
I currently offer lessons Monday–Friday, between 10am and 4pm for Adults, and 4pm to 6pm for children over 8 years old at £50 for 45 minutes.
Wednesday is currently fully booked due to demand, but I’m happy to add you to the waiting list.
I look forward to work with you!
