About Luna
My name is Luana, I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, since I was little I have been doing dance, acrobatics and aerial acrobatics and when I was older I began to be interested in contortion and then yoga and finally Pilates, I trained in these disciplines and I am currently working in two Pilates studios and teaching online Pilates, flexibility and handstand classes I feel that what makes me special is my ability to adapt the classes for anyone who comes, be it a little girl, an older woman or a young woman. I can lead a class and help its progress due to the amount of experience in different disciplines that I have acquired over time

The workouts last 45 minutes, we work on the floor most of the time. Sometimes we use some elements such as a chair, ball, elastic band or yoga block, but the classes are fully adaptable to any space, so if you don't have the elements we can work anyway. We work on strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, breathing, and above all awareness when we move our bodies
