About Andrius
I’ve been involved in the fitness community for as long as I can remember. I pushed through 7 years of competitive powerlifting, and have my blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with a collection of gold metals.
I have a welding and fabrication background and I’ve transitioned my focus to fitness as a career rather than an after-hours passion. I’ve followed my ambition, and learned that it's never too late to change your life. Through my years of athletics, I’ve learned from both sides of injury healing.
My main interests are injury prevention and rehabilitation and fitness routines that accompany sports or specific career needs.
I welcome clients of any background and my teaching style compliments varied types of learners and goals
