About Tiago
I am a Physical Exercise Technician. I took a degree in Sports at the Polytechnic of Guarda, and I am currently taking a master's degree at the Polytechnic of Leiria in Prescription of Physical Exercise. In addition to the master's degree, I am part of the team of coaches at the Crossfit Box "Elite Fitness 244" in Leiria.
My goal as an exercise coach is to make it possible for people to reach their training goals (goals related to body composition; specific goals of sports modalities, etc.), never forgetting that the basis of my training principles is the promoting healthy habits and lifestyles.

The training methodology I choose to prescribe focuses mainly on Functional Training, Strength Training and Interval Training. Types of workouts that are covered a lot in "Cross Training". In my training you will find progress in your mobility, flexibility, coordination, muscle strength, muscle endurance and cardiorespiratory capacity.
The methodology may vary depending on the customer's liking, always focusing on achieving the desired result.
Personalized training can be outdoor, at home (only in Leiria) or through online platforms. They can also be individual training or small group training (maximum of 4 people).
