About Alejandra
My passion for dance was born at a very young age, and over the years it has grown into both a lifelong commitment and a professional path. I have spent nearly 10 years as a member of a Peruvian folk dance group, performing in theaters, public squares, and coliseums, and representing our traditions on various stages. Through dance, I have also had the opportunity to travel and share the rich cultural heritage of my country with different audiences.

My teaching approach is focus on step-by-step demonstrations, and constant feedback. I adapt my methods to each student’s pace and goals, ensuring a supportive and motivating learning environment. I teach a variety of styles, including Marinera Norteña, Afro-Peruvian dances, Huaylarsh, and other traditional Peruvian rhythms. My lessons are designed for beginners and intermediate students of all ages who want to learn, improve, or connect with Peruvian culture, whether for personal growth, cultural interest, or performance preparation.
