About Gordon
I graduated from the National University of Singapore (Ranked 10th in the world in the 2023 QS World University Rankings for Pharmacy and Pharmacology) in 2016 with a Bachelor of Pharmacy (Distinction). Following which, I worked as a hospital pharmacist at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (a tertiary hospital) in Singapore for 6.5 years. My practice focus is anti-coagulation and neurology.
I sat for the September 2020 GAMSAT and achieved an overall score of 83 (63/69/99). Subsequently, I enrolled into the Doctor of Medicine programme in the University of Queensland in 2023 and I passed first year of medical school with an overall score of 80%
I am passionate with teaching, having taught various healthcare professionals (allied health, nurses, doctors, pharmacists and medical students) during my stint in the hospital, covering my wide variety of anti-coagulation and neurology topics. I will be able to tap on my work experience to teach pharmacology/pharmacotherapy so that you will be prepared to hit the ground running once you enter the industry after graduating from pharmacy school.

I have conducted teaching for allied health professionals, pharmacists in training and medical doctors during my time as a hospital pharmacist. I will be able to provide the pharmacist's and the doctor's point of view when teaching Pharmacology/Pharmacotherapy and furnish with real-life experience and case studies to prepare you for internship and life as a pharmacist.
If you are interested in applying for medical school, I can also provide tips for sitting the GAMSAT and aceing the MMIs.
