About Florian
I have mainly taught students in school, but I am open to give lessons to everybody who is interested. Subjects I am familiar with include physics (MSc), maths (competitions), German (native speaker) and to a lesser degree chemistry, finance, economics, sports, nutrition.

I have studied physics in Bavaria, Germany. My University was the famous Technical University of Munich and I have achieved an MSc with 1,7 with my final thesis being about water-based hybrid solar cells. Before studying I have already gained experience as a tutor in school, mostly in maths and physics. Of course, being from Germany makes me a perfect teacher for German. I have come to Sheffield in order to do a PhD in materials science, more specifically I am part of the scholarship Advanced Metallic Systems and my subject will be in the area of additive manufacturing. I will closely work with the industry while being a student at both Universities Sheffield and Manchester. I would love to share my knowledge and help others to learn in various subjects.
