About Pratistha
I am a PhD candidate in International Business in the US and an MBA, with an undergrad degree in Law. I worked as an Assistant Director at the Central Bank in Nepal for 3 years in the Foreign Exchange Management Department. Prior to that, I was affiliated to multinationals as an Officer, overlooking Sales and Branding. Throughout my industry experience, I also taught students on and off, in different roles and subjects. Statistics and Marketing are my favorite subjects, while I also enjoy teaching all other courses.

I believe in team play and consider my student a teammate. The problem at hand is a task we both need to work towards creatively and overcome with logic and reasoning. I add plenty of real-life examples and associations in my teaching and take a lot of logical examples from the students. I work best with undergrad and grad students as they think out of the box and are critical and creative in their questions. Female students are encouraged to reach out to me specifically for an open and non-judgmental learning environment.
