About Rojina
I’m a qualified Dietitian with over 5 years of experience across the health field, including pharmacy, clinical nutrition and public health. I completed my Bachelor of Health Science at the University of Sydney, majoring in Neuroscience and Nutrition Science, followed by a Master of Nutrition and Dietetic Practice at Bond University. I also have two years of pharmacy study and am currently completing my PhD at Western Sydney University.
I know how overwhelming university can feel, especially when you’re expected to turn what you’ve learned into real-world skills. My goal is to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you can ask questions, practice, build confidence and feel genuinely prepared for placements, OSCEs and your future career.
Whether you need help understanding a topic, practicing patient counseling or simply want a confidence boost, I’m here to help you feel more prepared and capable :)

Whether you’re preparing for an OSCE, placement, an upcoming presentation, or simply want to feel more confident in your nutrition studies, my lessons are tailored to your individual needs and goals.
I can support you with:
- Patient counseling practice: Build confidence in your communication and counseling skills through realistic practice sessions. I can provide case studies and patient scenarios to help you prepare for placements, assessments and OSCEs.
- OSCE & placement preparation: Practice consultations, receive constructive feedback, and develop a structured approach to communicating with patients.
- Research support: I can help you understand research methods, develop research ideas, and strengthen your academic skills. I have published a systematic review, have an original research paper currently under peer review, and am completing my PhD.
- Public health nutrition: Support with understanding key concepts, applying theory to real-world scenarios, and preparing for assessments.
- Presentation & communication skills: Develop confidence in presenting, communicating your ideas clearly, and speaking confidently with patients and professional audiences.
- Other nutrition subjects (upon request)

The goal is not just to help you get through an assessment, but to help you feel genuinely more confident in your knowledge, communication and clinical skills.
