About Olivia
I graduated from the University of Glasgow in an Immunology PhD last year. I love teaching and helped with a lot of University lab classes. When at school I always enjoyed maths too, it was the subject I was best at and I think I would enjoy teaching this as a job outside of my current role in scientific research.

In each session I would cater to the individual needs of the student. Different styles of learning suit different individuals so it is important to assess how each student learns best. In the case of maths, often going through past paper questions together in a step by step manner is an effective format of teaching - practice of questions for each technique is key.
