About Bashar
Over 20 years, I have built up extensive experience that has provided me with a vast list of teaching methods to meet the needs of my students. One area I particularly thrive in as a maths/Physics teacher is when I need to help the student understand how to link mathematical formulae to physical concepts. For students who have historically struggled to grasp what is required, I use simple, easy-to-understand methodologies. Making sure that students are up-to-date is key before moving to new topics. I ensure that all gaps are bridged and the student is ready for the next challenge.

- Every student is different so I start a short conversation by asking simple questions about the topic. This would help me identify the student's level. - I listen to what has made the student less confident in the topic so we can identify the reasons together and set the right plan to achieve the objectives. - I always intuitively explain the concepts using very simple words. This makes the student feel the learning journey is fun. - I also revise with the students and link chapters together in a non-linear way. - The learning atmosphere is comfortable and encouraging.
