About Archita
I have done my M.Sc. in geology from India. Currently I am am international Phd student here. I am working with Groundwater microbiology.
I am doing PhD because I want to stay in academia. My dream is becoming a lecturer.
I taught students before and I absolutely love the experience. I have also participated in mentoring programme. These experiences made me realize how much I love to share my knowledge, and how fulfilling the job of a teacher is.

Every student needs different teaching approach. I am happy to discuss and meet the suitable tutoring style for individual.
I encourage my students to discuss about a topic rather than just giving lecture. I believe it helps students think and understand the topic better. Also online lessons can be boring, and discussions make them less boring.
Regular assessment of progress is important part of my teaching.
I will also help with projects and assignments.
