About Dylan
Hello! I'm Dylan and I would absolutely love the chance to work with you. I've been studying and working in special education for the last decade and it has truly been my dream job. I have a BA in education and psychology, an MA in special education, and am almost finished with my PhD in special education, where I write about making sex education accessible for autistic and neurodivergent students. In my very little free time, I enjoy working out, seeing Broadway shows, and snuggling with my cat.

I am a trained elementary special educator with experience working with students with a variety of diagnoses. I can tutor all elementary subjects, though my favorite subject to tutor is math. I meet students where they are and build from there using all of the scaffolding and differentiation strategies I have learned throughout my schooling and teaching experiences. I have been working with children for over a decade and love seeing the look on students' faces when something clicks for the first time. I connect with students by talking to them about their interests and then build lessons around those interests. I look forward to working with you!
