About Taoues
I am currently a PhD student in Applied Linguistics at Manchester Metropolitan University. My topic of research is about gender representation in media discourse. I have a Bachelor's Degree in 'Linguistics and English for Specific Purposes' and a 'Master's degree in Applied Linguistics and Social Semiotics'. I also completed a 6-months programme in English language and PhD research skills before starting my PhD. I am a multilingual speaker who is fond of languages. The languages that I speak are Tamazight/Berber (mother tongue), French, Arabic and English. I previously had an experience in teaching English as a foreign language in my home country. I gave some private classes to pupils and I worked as a teacher of Academic English in a private school of languages called 'Ecomode' in 2016. I am happy to offer English language classes again.
