I'm a former student of Classics, Philosophy and Culture Studies able to give lessons in Classics, Philosophy, English and History. My focus as a tutor is ensuring that students are able to call upon what they have learned to appropriately address and answer questions in a structured and thorough manner. Rather than overloading with raw information to be regurgitated in exam conditions, I think it is important that students know how to support their assertions with appropriate evidence and argument to show a higher understanding of the subject.
