About Florence
I am originally from Reading, studying at Edinburgh University. I am an avid reader, favouring classic and gothic literature. I love sport, cooking and travelling!
Education can be fun and enriching for both student and pupil, which is why I love to tutor. It’s so rewarding help someone reach their full academic potential; it provides the student with new found knowledge and confidence.

Lessons will typically be an hour each, but this can be adapted based on the needs of the pupil.
My lessons are structured around the pupil’s concerns. In the first ever lesson, we will compile a list of goals that the student would like to achieve at the end of the tutoring experience. We will then work through the list throughout the entirety of the lessons, making sure all aims have been met by the last session.
I have tutored at GSCE level, so that is where my expertise lie. I am available to teach GCSE English Literature, English Language, History and Religious Studies.
