About Luisina
I am a physical education teacher, but I have been studying about training since day 1, especially strength training. I have taken numerous courses and trainings since I was a student more than 10 years ago. To name a few, I am a trainer of Olympic lifting, Crosffit, Functional Training, Neurosciences applied to training, etc. I keep studying and trying to incorporate the best information every day.

Distance classes by Zoom or personalized distance routines. My classes are aimed at people with a desire to incorporate new habits, commit to a better quality of life and achieve long-term goals. I believe that teaching must be adapted to the profile of each client, taking into account their particular needs.
