About Nicolás
Graduated in Pedagogy in Physical Education and Health. More than 10 years of experience in functional training, physical conditioning and injury prevention, with group and personalized classes. I was part of the coaching staff of the “Las Condes Soccer Association”, performing the work of Physical Trainer.

The methodology I use is clearly based on the specific requirements of the student, whether it be to strengthen / increase muscle mass, both upper and lower body (without excluding Core work), fat loss through high intensity oxidative training and short duration (HIIT, anaerobic, aerobic). Strengthen joints for the pursuit of specific and particular objectives, that is, injury prevention for each sport discipline.
