I am a Physiotherapist with 10 years of experience, specializing in Musculoskeletal injuries as well as sports injuries. I am an athlete and I play a few different sports and I do weight lifting. I provide consultation, advice, and educate you about your injury as well as prescribe exercise if needed. My sessions are person-specific and goal-oriented.

Navreet is a first rate physiotherapist. She solves her patients’ issues with patience and care. Her knowledge of the human body and its wide variety of physical ailments is excellent!
Navreet is very familiar with the anatomy of the body and has the ability to quickly pinpoint the muscle groups, or ligament and tendons that are lacking in order to give you a full scope of what needs to be worked on. I definitely recommend her for patients to go to in case of anything!
